1. Definitions

• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify oyo138 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

oyo138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face.
• Additional documentation as required for enhanced due diligence or regulatory compliance.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting on oyo138 covers football (bandar bola), including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions. Sport-specific rules apply:

• For football, bets are settled based on the result after 90 minutes of play plus stoppage time, unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is replayed within 48 hours or the official result is declared by the governing body.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any leg is voided, the odds for that leg default to 1.00 and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the respective league or governing body. oyo138's decision on bet settlement is final.

4.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play) and slot games are subject to the game rules provided by the respective software provider. Random Number Generator (RNG) fairness is independently certified. Game malfunctions void all affected bets and payouts.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

Upon account closure by oyo138, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimately won funds derived from real-money deposits will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to oyo138 for chargebacks, fees, or breach of terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oyo138 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of oyo138 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
